Noticeis hereby given that a public hearing will be held on the 8th day of August,2016, at 10:00 A.M. in theoffices of the Alabama Department of Insurance, 201 Monroe Street, Suite 502,Montgomery, Alabama, 36104, to consider a plan and agreement of share exchangeand merger to establish a holding company structure by Coastal InsuranceCompany, an Alabama domestic insurer, pursuant to Ala. Code § 27-28-1, et seq., and other pertinent provisionsof the Alabama Insurance Code.
The above-captioned party is advisedto notify its stockholders of record within the time and in the mannerprescribed under the provisions of Ala. Code § 27-28-2, of the purpose, dateand time of this public hearing as well as any rights and obligations they maypossess under the law. Proof of the contents of such notice and the manner inwhich such notice was given as well as any waiver(s) of notice will be requiredto be introduced as evidence at the public hearing.
