Through the cooperation of the National Fire Protection Association and the City of Fairfield, the State Fire Marshals Office will host a combined NFPA 1 and 101 school August 14 - 18, 2000. This school will cover the latest editions of both codes.
As always, the course will be without charge to 100 participants from city, county and state fire code enforcement organizations. Sponsoring agencies or their employees will be responsible for their transportation, food, lodging and incidental expenses. Educational materials will be provided without charge to all participants.
The course will be presented by NFPA instructors and will take place at the Fairfield Civic Center in Fairfield, AL. The exact time for classes to begin and end has not been resolved, however this information will be provided to the participants within the next few weeks. This website message will also be updated to provide the most complete current information.
