A "Form A" hearing will be held on the 27th day of April, 2000, at 2:00 P.M. in the offices of the Alabama Insurance Department, RSA Tower, Suite 1700, 201 Monroe Street, Montgomery, Alabama, to consider the proposed acquisition of control of and merger with Liberty Southern Insurance Company, Inc., an Alabama corporation, by Omega One Insurance Company, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of National Security Fire & Casualty Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of National Security Group, Inc., pursuant to Section 27-29-1, et seq., Code of Alabama 1975, and other pertinent provisions of the Alabama Insurance Code.
