A 75-year-old Town Creek man died Friday in an early morning mobile home fire in which two other occupants escaped.
Gilbert Terry Jr. perished in the fire, which occurred at 2736 County Road 151 in Town Creek.
State Fire Marshal Ed Paulk said deputies investigated the scene and believe that the misuse of smoking materials was the cause for the fire.
