A public hearing on the proposed revision of independent homeowners program insurance rates and rules as filed and requested by Auto-Owners Insurance Company and Owners Insurance Company, originally scheduled for September 7, 2005 at 10:00 a.m., which was continued by mutual agreement of the parties is hereby rescheduled for Thursday, October 13, 2005, at 10:00 a.m., at the Alabama Insurance Department, Conference Room, 17th Floor, 201 Monroe Street, Montgomery, Alabama.
Any persons so desiring may submit a written statement in favor of or against the proposed change in rates and may, in addition, make an oral statement at the hearing.
Failure of a company representative to be present at this hearing may result in a denial of the company’s request for a rate and/or rule change.
