A public hearing on the proposed revision of low valued dwelling and mobile homes program insurance rates and rules as filed and requested by National Security Fire & Casualty Company, will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, February 28, 2005, at the Alabama Insurance Department, Conference Room, 17th Floor, RSA Tower Building, 201 Monroe Street, Montgomery, Alabama.
Any persons so desiring may submit a written statement in favor of or against the proposed change in rates and may, in addition, make an oral statement at the hearing.
Failure of a company representative to be present at this hearing may result in a denial of the company’s request for a rate and/or rule change.
