Employers Mutual Plans has been placed into federal receivership by a court
in Nevada. Alabamians who have claims against Employers Mutual are instructed to
fill out Proof of Claim form, which is linked below, and submit it by July
15.
There link also provides Notice of Information. The Proof of Claim must
be completed in order to participate in the settlement distribution.
