A public hearing on the proposed revision of preferred homeowner and tenant dwelling insurance rates and rules as filed and requested by Alfa Mutual Insurance Company, and the proposed revision of standard homeowner insurance rates and rules as filed by Alfa Mutual General Insurance Company, will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 4, 2004, at the Alabama Insurance Department, Conference Room, 17th Floor, RSA Tower, 201 Monroe Street, Montgomery, Alabama.
Any persons so desiring may submit a written statement in favor or against the proposed change in rates and may, in addition, make an oral statement at the hearing.
Failure of a company representative to be present at this hearing may result in a denial of the company’s request for a rate and/or rule change.
