Following an investigation by the Springville Police Department and the State Fire Marshals Office, two fifteen-year-old juveniles will be charged with setting fire to the Springville Elementary School in St. Clair County.
The fire at 8:06 PM Christmas night resulted in minor damage to the exterior of the building. The damage will not hinder re-opening of the school following the Christmas and New Years Holidays.
