Two Wilcox County residents are dead following a double homicide involving a fire. The victims, Jessie Fisher, age 53, and Barbara Fisher, age 51, were found inside a single wide mobile home located at 16353 AL Highway 5 South, after the Pine Hill Volunteer Fire Department responded to the 7:15 AM fire today.
Investigators with the Wilcox County Sheriff’s Office, Alabama Bureau of Investigation, State Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board, and the Alabama State Fire Marshals Office are continuing the investigation. Autopsies have been scheduled by the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences.
