Two people were arrested today on charges of criminal conspiracy. Mary Linda Norris Moody, age 54, and Ralph Wilson Lingo, age 41, were charged following the investigation of a fire at property owned by Moody’s son.
Mrs. Moody of 2657 North Goshen Road, Goshen, AL, was arrested in Crenshaw County. She has since been released on bond. Lingo of 10666 Highway 431 South, Headland, AL is currently being held in the Dothan City Jail awaiting transfer to Crenshaw County.
Moody’s son owned a mobile home located at 2709 North Goshen Road. The home burned November 13, 2002.
The Alabama State Fire Marshals is continuing the investigation of this fire.
