One person has been arrested following an investigation of the Trinity Baptist Church fire that occurred November 5, 2001. The church was located at 6901 Highway 82 East near Tuscaloosa.
Katrina H. Hubbert, age 39, of 7½ Sahama Village in Tuscloosa, was arrested January 9th following an investigation by the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, and the Alabama State Fire Marshals Office. Ms. Hubbert has been charged with one count of arson second degree.
