A public hearing on the proposed revision of Alabama personal auto liability and physical damage rates and rules as filed and requested by Safeway Insurance Company of Alabama, will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, January 14th, 2003, at the Alabama Insurance Department, Conference Room, 17th Floor, RSA Tower, 201 Monroe Street, Montgomery, Alabama.
Failure of a company representative to be present at this hearing may result in a denial of your company’s request for a rate and/or rule change.
Any persons so desiring may submit a written statement in favor or against the proposed change in rates and may, in addition, make an oral statement at the hearing.
