A public hearing on the proposed revision of Alabama private passenger automobile insurance rates and rules as filed and requested by State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company and State Farm Fire and Casualty Company, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 4th, 2002, at the Alabama Insurance Department, Conference Room, 17th Floor, RSA Tower, 201 Monroe Street, Montgomery, Alabama.
Any persons so desiring may submit a written statement in favor or against the proposed change in rates and may, in addition, make an oral statement at the hearing.
