Juvenile petitions were requested this morning charging five Autauga County juveniles with burglary third degree and arson second degree following an investigation of the fire at Gurney Manufacturing Company September 10th. One juvenile is 14, two are 15 and two are 16 years of age.
Investigators with the Prattville Fire Department, Prattville Police Department and Alabama State Fire Marshals Office questioned juvenile suspects Tuesday which led to the request for petitions today.
No further information will be released by the Alabama State Fire Marshals Office until petitions are issued and hearings are held.
