One adult and two juveniles have been charged with multiple crimes following an investigation by the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office and the Alabama State Fire Marshals Office.
Andrew McGuire age 18 and two fifteen year old juveniles were charged following a burglary and fire at the New Century Mining Company in Shelby County. McGuire has been charged with burglary third degree, arson second degree, criminal mischief first degree and two counts of theft of property first degree. McGuire’s bond was set at $70,000.00.
One juvenile was charged with burglary third degree, arson second degree, criminal mischief first degree and two counts of theft of property first degree. The second juvenile was charged with burglary third degree, arson second degree, theft of property first degree and criminal mischief first degree.
