A hearing will be held before the Alabama Commissioner of Insurance at 10:00 AM on August 21, 2002, at the offices of the Alabama Department of Insurance, 201 Monroe Street, Suite 1700, Montgomery, Alabama, as follows:

  • Revision of Alabama private passenger automobile insurance rates and rules as filed and requested by Metropolitan Group Property and Casualty Insurance Company.

Any persons so desiring may submit a written statement in favor of or against the proposed change in rates and may, in addition, make an oral statement at the hearing.
