A hearing will be held before the Alabama Commissioner of Insurance at 9:00 AM on July 1, 2002, at the offices of the Alabama Department of Insurance, 201 Monroe Street, Suite 1700, Montgomery, Alabama, as follows:

  • Revision of automobile insurance rates and rules as filed and requested by Occidental Fire & Casualty Company of North Carolina.
Any persons so desiring may submit a written statement in favor of or against the proposed change in rates and may, in addition, make an oral statement at the hearing.
