A sixteen-year old Opp High School student has been charged as an adult with Arson First Degree following a fire at the school this morning.
Jason W. Wambles was charged with setting the fire while students and staff occupied the school, located at 502 Maloy Street in Opp. Damage was minor.
The student was placed in the Covington County jail under $30,000 bond after admitting he set the fire.
