A Russellville couple, Gilmer V. Hester and his wife Lurlia L. Hester, died Thursday morning during a fire at their home. The fire at 5365 Highway 73 was reported at 1:19 AM. Mr. and Mrs. Hester were able to make their way to the front door of their home, but were unable to escape. Smoke detectors were present in the home.
