William Wilkerson of 161 Pine Grove Road was killed Saturday December 30th when fire heavily damaged his mobile home at 2:43 PM. The fire originated in the living room of the home, however, the cause for the fire is still under investigation by local authorities, the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences and the State Fire Marshals Office. No smoke alarms were present in the home.
