Notice is hereby given that apublic hearing will be held on the 16th day of October, 2025, at10:00 A.M. CT, in the offices of the Alabama Department of Insurance, 201Monroe Street, Suite 502, Montgomery, Alabama, 36104, to consider theacquisition of control by merger of ProAssurance Indemnity Company, Inc., andFD Insurance Company, both Alabama domiciled insurers, by the Applicant,pursuant to Sections 27-29-1, et seq., Code of Alabama 1975, and otherpertinent provisions of the Alabama Insurance Code.
The Applicant is advised to notify the domestic insurerand the shareholder of the domestic insurer within the time and in the mannerprescribed under the provisions of Section 27-29-3 of the purpose, date andtime of this public hearing, as well as any rights and obligations they maypossess under the law. Proof of thecontents of such notice and the manner in which such notice was given as wellas any waivers of notice will be required to be introduced as evidence at thepublic hearing.
