A public hearing on the proposed change in loss costs and rates for workers’ compensation and employers’ liability insurance as filed and requested by the National Council on Compensation Insurance will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 13, 1999, at the Alabama Insurance Department, Conference Room, 17th Floor, RSA Tower, 201 Monroe Street, Montgomery, Alabama.
Any persons so desiring may submit a written statement in favor or against the proposed change in rates and may, in addition, make an oral statement at the hearing.
