A third person was charged Thursday evening in an on-going arson investigation in Autauga County.
Billy Sanford was arrested after turning himself in at the Autauga County Sheriff's Office. Sanford, along with James Dean Bulger and Tammy Faye Bulger, was charged with one count of Arson Second Degree. James Bulger was also charged with two counts of Theft First Degree. The charges relate to a fire on January 1, 2000 at the Bulger residence.
The investigation by county, city, federal and state agencies continues. Additional charges and arrests are anticipated.
