A former Lipscomb Street Department employee, William Fuller, has been charged in connection with the burning of Mayor Joyce Campbell's home on July 8th.
Fuller, a 37 year old resident of Lipscomb, was charged Friday with one count of Arson Second Degree and one count of Burglary Third Degree. Fuller was taken into custody and placed in the Jefferson County Jail.
The fire at 5105 11th Street, Lipscomb, occurred shortly before 11 PM. No one was a home at the time of the fire.
